We work hand in hand with our clients to transform areas in ways which make sense to each individual, based on their site requirements. We are experts at defining outdoor spaces using design principles, such as order, unity and rhythm. And we care about combining creativity and functionality, with the utmost sensitivity and by using the best practices.
As project managers, we're your liaison throughout its installation. We create construction drawings, procure bids and honor the design objectives we've created. Once installations are complete, properly caring for your investment is critical to ensuring its long term success. Molly began estate gardening in 1987. Now she offers maintenance consults for any site.
Seasonal color is all about filling outdoor containers with flowers, foliage and anything suitable for four very different midwestern seasons. We'll feature new and unusual cultivars. Plus, we've developed floral skills. When combined with our horticultural expertise, we surprise our clients and even ourselves, with the artful outcomes.
About Molly Egan
Designing Beautiful Spaces
Molly Egan designs custom landscapes and flower gardens. Each project focuses on creating an environment that reflects the client's lifestyle. To her, design is both a science and an art. Her painterly design style began in 1999 when she started 'Heart and Soil', a professional design and garden maintenance business. She grew her business to include specialties such as natural stone construction, native plantings, lakeshore escapes and rain gardens. Now, her work focuses on creating custom designs using hand-drawings, managing project installations, and creating seasonal color arrangements.
